Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TrueFront Digital (“TrueFront,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, communicate with us, or purchase services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, services, prices, hours, service area, brand preferences, project goals, and other project details.
- Files you voluntarily upload, such as logos, photographs, brand materials, or supporting documents.
- Your selected service or package and communications with us.
- Reviews and private suggestions you submit, including your rating, public review text, and permission to publish specified review information.
- Transaction and subscription information made available to us by Stripe, such as your contact details, purchase, payment status, and subscription status. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Our hosting and service providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referring pages, and security or diagnostic logs.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and recommend services.
- Process purchases, administer subscriptions, and deliver contracted services.
- Communicate about projects, support, billing, security, and policy updates.
- Protect the website, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve our website, service process, and customer support.
We do not sell personal information for money.
3. Forms and support assistant
Project-inquiry and review forms, including optional uploads, are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our Outlook inbox. Uploaded files should contain only business materials you own or have permission to use. Our hosting provider may also process technical request information needed to serve the website. Please do not submit sensitive information such as passwords, payment-card numbers, banking details, government identifiers, medical information, private customer records, or confidential account credentials through a form.
The automated support assistant currently operates within your browser using predefined answers. Messages typed into that assistant are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by TrueFront. If you follow a contact link or submit the inquiry form, the information you provide through that channel is handled as described in this Policy.
4. Reviews
If you submit a review and grant publication permission, we may publish your name, business name, rating, and public review text on our website or marketing materials. We keep the email used for verification and anything entered in the private-suggestions field private unless disclosure is required by law. Private suggestions are used internally to improve our website, services, process, and support. Reviews are moderated, may be edited only for formatting, spelling, length, privacy, or unlawful content without changing their meaning, and may be declined or removed. You may request removal of a published review by contacting us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you open or use a Stripe checkout page, Stripe collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and acts as a service provider and, for some activities, an independent controller. Stripe may process contact, transaction, device, fraud-prevention, and payment-method information.
Review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information.
6. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Netlify for website hosting, forms, security, and related infrastructure.
- Stripe and financial providers for payment processing, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and disputes.
- Email, professional, legal, accounting, or technical providers supporting our business.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of the business.
7. Cookies and third-party services
TrueFront does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising tools on this website. Our hosting provider and linked third-party services may use essential technologies, logs, or cookies for security, performance, checkout, fraud prevention, or user preferences. Visiting a Stripe checkout or another third-party site is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also manage payment or Link information directly with Stripe.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the revised date on this page. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or by calling (469) 269-2455.
