Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments to TrueFront Digital are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to one-time website packages, chatbot setup, recurring plans, add-ons, and other service payments unless a separate written agreement signed by TrueFront expressly states otherwise.
1. One-time services
Payments for website design, development, chatbot setup, project packages, add-ons, and other one-time services are non-refundable. Payments reserve project capacity and cover planning, setup, administrative work, and services performed or committed.
2. Monthly subscriptions
The matching monthly Care or Growth plan is required with every new website purchase. Monthly plans renew automatically. You may cancel before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not refund the first month, current month, unused time, or any prior charge. Service continues through the billing period already paid; included hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates, and support then end.
3. When work and access begin
The required initial payment, including the first subscription payment when applicable, must clear before TrueFront requests or uses website credentials, begins onboarding, or starts work. If you choose not to provide required information, content, feedback, or access after payment, the payment remains non-refundable.
4. Failed, disputed, or duplicate payments
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated due to a technical error, or billed after a timely cancellation request, contact us promptly so we can investigate. This does not create a general right to a refund. Filing a payment dispute without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing concern may delay service and result in suspension.
5. How to cancel
Request cancellation before your next billing date by emailing [email protected] or calling or texting (469) 269-2455. Include the purchaser’s name, business name, and the email used at checkout. Cancellation is effective for future renewals after it is confirmed.
